Companies and DEI Policies

On this page we will list the names of organisations and companies that cease to support DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) policies due to the Trump regime.

DEI policies typically were intended as a counterweight to discriminatory practices. Critics argue that education, government and business programs which single out participants based on factors such as race, gender and sexual orientation are unfair and the same opportunities should be afforded to everyone (Time). On the other hand, without a DEI policy, there is a risk that people of certain minorities or groups will not get a chance to prove themselves fairly.
